SupportWhether you're mid-install and something is not sitting right, or you just want to tell us what you think of the product, send it through and a real person reads it. If you're partway through a panel, keep it wet and get hold of us before it dries, because wet film lifts and resets.
The form is the fastest route for an install problem, because it asks for the things we would have to ask you for anyway. Everything lands in the same inbox.
It asks which stage you are on and what you are seeing, so the first reply you get is an answer rather than a list of questions.
Best for anything you can photograph. Send a wide shot of the panel plus a close-up of the spot you are worried about.
Most questions we get are answered in stage 4 or stage 5. Worth a look before you call, especially for edge lift.
Where's my kit, changing an address, or a question about which kit fits your car. Include your order number if you have one.
Quick questions and photos. Slower than email, and we cannot look up an order from a DM.
What you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law, plus how a warranty claim on the film works.
The more you give us up front, the fewer emails it takes. Your car, where you are up to, and what you are seeing. Same form if you want to tell us how the product went, good or bad.
A real person will read it and come back to you. If you're mid-install, keep the panel wet while you wait.
Four things turn a slow back-and-forth into one reply:
Do these three things before you write to us. They keep your options open.
